IBS America, a provider of compliance management solutions essential to creating a "Culture of Compliance," today announced that Yves Rocher, a leading provider of botanical beauty products, has selected its CompliantPro software to help mitigate the organization's compliance challenges. Yves Rocher, which serves more than 30 million customers in 90 countries, will implement CompliantPro software in its Montreal, Quebec and Exton, PA facilities. The software will address compliance issues that include document control, notifications and alerts, escalation and employee training.

After considering solutions from several vendors, Yves Rocher selected IBS' CompliantPro because of its proven reputation as the only solution that manages all aspects of compliance, according to Stevens Murray, Director, Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement for Yves Rocher. Yves Rocher sought a solution with comprehensive reporting capabilities and multi-lingual functionality, for implementation in both its Montreal (French-speaking) and Exton (English-speaking) facilities. The company also required software that facilitates cost-effective compliance with regulations imposed by the FDA and Health Canada.

"For an organization as globally diverse as Yves Rocher, regulatory compliance is a demanding issue that requires constant attention," said Murray. "Since governing bodies continuously develop new legislation aimed at improving business processes, staying compliant with evolving regulations is a top priority. We're confident that our investment in IBS' CompliantPro will cut our current compliance costs and efforts, and provide us with the framework to meet any future compliance goals."

CompliantPro is suitable for implementation in one location or for distributed global operations. The software features a personalized dashboard with real-time tracking to provide users with immediate visibility into the status of documents and tasks. Because it is entirely Web-based, CompliantPro can be accessed from anywhere using a standard Web browser, allowing enterprise-wide compliance management across all departments, business units and organizations.

"IBS America has a long and accomplished history of helping global organizations achieve sustainable compliance," said Matthias Grossman, CEO of IBS America. "We believe that our CompliantPro solution is perfectly suited to serve the needs of Yves Rocher in this respect, fostering a true 'Culture of Compliance.'"
