The technology realignment is in response to the growing number of inquiries and opportunities generated by the recent signing of a Letter of Intent to establish a Chinese Joint Venture to manufacture, sell, distribute, and deploy iPMine systems for the Chinese and the global mine-safety markets.
iPackets' non-iPMine technologies, including voice and wireless data optimization algorithms, will be integrated into iPMine as new features. Moving forward, these technologies will continue to evolve as part of iPMine. The technology realignment is consistent with iPackets' vision of becoming a premium provider of mine-safety solutions for the global market.
