Zone4Play, Inc. ("Zone4Play" or the "Company") (OTCBB: ZFPI), a developer of interactive software and technology for the betting and gaming industry, announced today the joining of Mr. Adiv Baruch to its Board of Directors.


Mr. Baruch is the President and CEO of BOS Better On-Line Solutions Ltd., (NASDAQ: BOSC) which is also trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). In addition Mr. Baruch is actively involved as the Chairman of the Israeli Export Institute Hi-Tech and Telecom Division. Prior to joining BOS Mr. Baruch served as Executive VP Business Development of Ness Technologies, the largest IT firm in Israel, and is considered one of the founding members of the company. Mr. Baruch is also a former partner and active director of IPEX, acquired by Ness. He has served in the capacity of founder, executive, and director for several IT companies and Internet start-ups, and was significantly involved in the M&A process and in assisting these companies in their global expansion.
